"So, I'm opening a package from USEF the other day, which I assume is my 2010 membership stuff, and instead I find a neatly folded ribbon inside...evidently the Digger-man accrued enough points to hit the radar at USEF, and earned a Reserve Championship in the Adult Amateur Jumpers in Zone 10 for 2009 in the Silver Stirrup program (which, if you don't already know, is a breed registry program that I sign all my horses up for when I register them with USEF). Not only is it completely shocking as my first award ever at the Zone level, but it is deeply gratifying when you see the breeding Digger is surrounded by in the line-up...AND it makes me very happy to see you recognized there (see attachments)! I hope to see Rose come up and take her place in these standings as well, as she continues to progress - you should know that she is making her debut at 3'3 this weekend! :) Thanks as always...

"Digger has won the ACAAP Over Fences award again this year, and last weekend we went to our regional awards banquet to pick up his pile of awards for 2009: Level 2 Jumpers Champion, Children's/Adult Amateur Jumpers Reserve Champion, and Level 3 Jumpers Reserve Champion. He continues to be not only a complete joy to ride, and a real crowd pleaser, but a best buddy of mine all around. Thanks as always, Lise, for this amazing man!
